Anthony is Professor of Urban Studies and Political Science at Simon Fraser University. Since obtaining his PhD from the University of Toronto in 1993, he has taught at the University of Calgary, the City University of New York, and Universite Lumiere in Lyon, France. His research crosses multiple boundaries to explore policy decisions made about transportation, cities and the environment. He has published dozens of scholarly journals and five books.
